• Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Comply with all legal and industry requirements, including service delivery standards, and the responsible use and management of Sunbeth Energies’ infrastructure, assets, personnel, and operations.
• Identify and eliminate hazards, and reduce Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) risks by implementing a structured hierarchy of controls and addressing the causes or potential causes of non-conformities.
• Protect the environment by preventing pollution and enhancing our environmental management performance.
• Ensure the continual improvement of Sunbeth Energies’ integrated management system for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (QEOHS) performance.
• Provide appropriate QEOHS capacity development training for Sunbeth Energies employees and other relevant interested parties, actively promoting awareness of Sunbeth Energies’ established QEOHS programs for reporting, investigating, and addressing risk incidents and non-conformances throughout the organization.
• Encourage active consultation and participation of workers and other stakeholders in the development, planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of our QEOHS management system.
• Establish clear, measurable, and appropriate strategic goals, objectives, targets, and action plans across relevant functions.
• Continually improve the effectiveness and relevance of Sunbeth Energies’ QEOHS management system through periodic reviews of this policy, QEOHS objectives, and management system documentation.
