Each pump has a simple on-screen guide that leads you through the process step by step. In addition, trained digital assistants are available to help first-time users.
Yes. Our trained digital assistants are available during operating hours to support you, answer your questions, and resolve any issue you might face, while using the self-service pumps.
In the event of a spill, release the fueling lever (or trigger) immediately and alert a digital assistant. Our station is equipped with spill kits, and trained personnel will handle the cleanup safely.
Yes, there is. Our station complies with industry fire safety standards, including fire extinguishers, emergency shutdown systems, and trained personnel ready to respond to any incident.
How It Works
- Drive into the station
- Park at a self-service pump.
- Open your fuel tank.
- Tap “Start Purchase” on the screen.
- Enter the amount you want to purchase and tap “Continue”
- Confirm your order and tap “Continue to Payment”
- On the POS machine, select your payment method (Pay with card or Pay with transfer)
- Complete your payment
- Once payment is confirmed, the pump is activated automatically
- Lift the nozzle when prompted on the screen and dispense your fuel into your car
- Return the nozzle when done.
The pump nozzle and hand sanitizer to clean your hands are available.
Yes. Our self-service pumps are designed to be simple and easy to use. If you need assistance, our trained station attendants will be happy to guide you through the process, especially if it's your first visit or if you require additional support. While self-service is encouraged, assistance is available on request.
Yes. The screen interface provides on-screen guidance, and attendants are available to walk you through the process.
The pump is designed to dispense the exact amount you paid for. If you stop fuelling before dispensing the full amount, don't worry, our digital assistants will assist you in dispensing the remaining balance or help resolve the transaction.
If the pump stops unexpectedly before dispensing the full amount you've paid for, please notify a digital assistant immediately. We will investigate the issue and ensure you receive the fuel you paid for or resolve the transaction promptly.
Payment
We currently accept debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers, for all self-service transactions. Cash payments are not available at the self-service pumps, helping to ensure faster, more secure, and transparent transactions.
Yes. Customers using our self-service pumps currently enjoy discounted pricing compared to regular service purchases.
Yes. Digital receipts are generated after each transaction, and printed receipts are available on request.
The pump is activated only after successful payment, making this situation very unlikely. If you experience any payment issues, our digital assistants will assist you immediately.
If you haven't completed payment yet, simply cancel the transaction and start again. Once payment is completed, the amount cannot be changed. If you need help, our digital assistants will be happy to assist you.
Yes. The minimum purchase amount is the current price of one litre of fuel. For example, if one litre costs ₦1,250, the minimum amount you can purchase is ₦1,250.
